Day 1: Arrive at Paro. 2250M.
A flight to Paro is one of the most spectacular of all mountain flights. One can see Mt. Everest, Kanchen Junga, Makalu and other peaks in Bhutan such as Chomolhari, Jichu Drakey and Tsrim Gang. The first gift from Bhutan will be cool, clean fresh air as you step out of the plane. You will be received by our representative and escorted to the hotel.

Afternoon. Visit to National Museum of Bhutan. Which is called Ta- Dzong means (Watch Tower) actually it was built in 17th century together with Paro Dzong below to protect further aggression from Tibetan invasion. Inside it has got varieties of collection from all over Bhutan dated back to 6th century. This will give you a highlight of Bhutan existence.

Visit to the Paro Dzong the administrative head quarter of Paro District. Every Dzong has dual system together with the religion section.

Day 2: Paro Sightseeing.
Morning after breakfast hikes to Taktsang monastery  (Tiger Nest), The climb up to the viewpoint will take around 3 hours. Enjoy the stunning view of the monastery where Guru Padmasambava landed on the back of a tigress in the 8th century, and meditated for three months. The monastery was later built in this holy place in 1684. The fourth temporal ruler of Bhutan. Overnight Paro.

Day 3: Ta Dzong – Jele Dzong. 10 Km. 3 – 4 hours. Altitude: 3450m.
Start early so that you can escape the scorching heat on the up hill where trees are less. The trail starts above the Ta Dzong (Museum). Today is a 3/4 hours trek. Starts gradually up hill, through mixed temperate forests and occasional farmhouses. By lunch time the trails goes through thick coniferous belt. Look out for wild animals & birds. By evening you reach the Jelela Pass 2600m from here, which the campsite is just hundred meters down hill. It is a great campsite with fairly wide meadow – a place where yak herder camps here. When they migrated the herds.

Day 4: Jele Dzong – Jangchuk lhakha. 10Km.  4- 5 hours. Altitude: 3780m.
Today you are heading to Jangchuk Lhakha camp. It is 4/5 hours trek and campsite is at 3780 meters at the maximum. You are gaining around three hundred meters high. The trails starts 200 meters uphill to Jeli Dzong, which served as the rest house during the 2nd King ‘s time and now a monistic institute. The trail is mostly up and down with good views of Paro valley on your left side as you walk on the ridges. Forests that with high temperate and some alpine meadows.

Day 5: Jangchuk lhakha – Jimi Langtso. 11 Km. 5 – 6 hours. Altitude : 3880m.
Today we are heading to Jimi Langtso Lake, which is maximum 3880 meters high (the highest camp side on your trip), trek of 6/7 hours.  Starts with 500 meters uphill through coniferous forests and barren hillsides dotted with rhododendron flowers if it in spring and beside this you will see lot of other flora and faunas. A great scenic walks. Lot of wild onions grows on this trail. After the first Pass it’s mostly up and down if some one is riding pony have to take extra cautious. Before you cross the last Pass you walk by a ridge. Which offers a great scenic view on clear days you can view Mt.Kanchenjunga and Bhutan’s Chomolhari; Jichu Drakey & Tsrim gang – all on the left side (towards northwest). After the last Pass the Lake can be seen on your left side, so all down hill till campsite by the Lakeside.

Day 6: Jimilangtso – Phojoding. 20 Km. 5 – 6 hours. Altitude: 3870m.
Start early in order to reach Phajoding. You are gradually going uphill today. The trek 6/7 hours and campsite at Phajoding is 3870 metes. There are numerous Passes and some are as high as 4000 meters. You will come across the Yak herder’s camp & yaks grazing all around near by Lake and so. In this route some time we see the carven of Blue Sheep. Although, it would not be like Chomolhari trek as we see many.

In this last day to Phajoding camp we will come across the Lake Janetso and semkotatso. All the lake in this trek has trout. Great scenic view can be seen on clear days most of the Bhutan’s snowcapped mountains. When you look at northeast. After reaching the Phajoding Pass, enjoy a great view of Thimphu capital valley and down hill till campsite.

Day 7: Phajoding – Thimphu. 4 –5 Km. 3 hours. Altitude: 2350m.
Last day of the trip and if you want to reach Thimphu early. You can start in morning

Otherwise you can start late and visit some old temples there. The sunrise view from Phajoding is great with Thimphu valley just below you. Many pheasants can be seen if you take a little morning walk around the hillside.

Always carry a walking stick with you at Phajoding, as sometimes the Monastery dogs can be a menace. The walk down is through mixed temperate forests and takes Maximum 2 hours. Your car awaits you at the trek endpoint then a Tashi Delek & Farewell to your trekking crews.

Day 8: Thimphu Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the National Memorial Chorten built in memory of late 3rd King Jigme Dorji Wangchuk in 1974.visit 15th century Changangkha Temple, Takin (National Animal) sanctuary and view point of Thimphu city. On the way back visit the Zilukha Nunnery and Dechenphodrang monistic school. Lunch.

Visit National library, Scholl of Arts and Crafts, Government Handicrafts Emporium and Traditional Handmade paper factory and Goldsmith & Silversmith unit. In evening visit the Tashi Chhodzong the capital parliament house and after explore the various handicrafts store in the town.

Day 9: Thimphu – Paro
It is free time in morning and after lunch drives to Paro through winding road all the way down following the Wangchuk River and reaches to the confluence (Chu- Zom) it means the meeting of two rivers Wangchuk & Pa- Chu from Paro. This point is to check the vehicle pass by and immigrations. On the junction of this two river you will witness the three different kind of Chorten Tibetan, Bhutanese and Nepalese style. You will cross this bridge and turn to right towards Paro.

Day 10: Departure.
In morning your guide will bid you a farewell journey at Paro Airport
