Days start around 6.30 a.m. Breakfast is approximately 7.00 am. There is a real spread for lunch and then refreshments on reaching camp, dinner is served around 7.00 p.m. A normal river day involves approximately 3 hours rafting / kayaking in the morning and an afternoon of 2-3 hours similar progress.
