Jiri - Everest trekking is the most famous trekking route among the tourists of world.This trek is famous for the Sherpas and other ethnic groups. You learn to know the life style of their villages and see their culture. Trekking in this area varies from five days trekking to month long. Everest Base Camp Kalapathar and Gokyo lake treks are very popular. Fabulous sceneries and the social life of Sherpa villages are another attraction of this region. Further attraction is Sagarmatha National Park for those people who are interested in the wildlife. The route passes through spectacular forests of blooming rhododendron in March-April Trekking in Everest region is breathtaking and requires a good walking experience and a good physical health condition. This trek is a very interesting walking with its panoramic view of Everest (8848m), Cho Oyu (8152m), Lhotse (8516m), Makalu (8463m) and Ama Dablam (6456m). Through the famous Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar we reach Tengboche Buddhist Monastery, Khunde, Khumjung etc. We pass through settlement of mixed ethnic groups like Brahman, Chhetri, Magar and Tamang in the lower region and Sherpa villages in the highland of Solukhumbu Everest region.
Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters). You will be met by our representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking after refreshment.
Day 02: Drive Kathmandu to Jiri (187 km) by Car / Van / bus.
Day 03: Trek Jiri to Deurali (2200 meters).
Day 04: Trek to Sete (2645 meters).
Day 05: Trek to Junbensi (2675meters).
Day 06: Trek to Nunthala (2440meters).
Day 07: Trek to Kharikhola (2020meters).
Day 08: Trek to Puiyan (2700meters).
Day 09: Trek to Phakding (2646meters).
Day 10: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters).
Day 11: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day.
Day 12: Trek to Dole (4200meters).
Day 13: Trek to Machherma (4470 meters).
Day 14: Trek to Gokyo (4790 meters).
Day 15: Trek to Gokyo Ri (5483 meters) and then Back to Gokyo.
Day 16: Trek to Thangna (4500 meters).
Day 17: Cross Cho La pass (5300 meters) then trek to Dzongla (4710 meters).
Day 18: Trek to Lobuche (4910 meters). 4 hours.
Day 19: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365 meters) then back to Gorak Shep (5180 meters).
Day 20: Hikking up Kalapattar (5545 meters) then trek back down to Pheriche (4200 meters).
Day 21: rek to Tengbuche (3860 meters).
Day 22: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 meters).
Day 23: Trek to Phakding (2650 meters).
Day 24: Trek to Lukla (2800 meters).
Day 25: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and relax.
Day 26: Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
