Whitewater wilderness Expedition,The Kali begins its journey high on the Tibetan plateau in the kingdom of Mustang. Using the Deepest gorge in the world that is formed between the Mt. Annapurna (8346m) Massif and Mt. Dhaulagiri (8046m) and named after the ferocious goddess kali, the kali the Gandaki is one of Nepal's very best rivers for whitewater Adventure  rafting.

The Rapid run thick and fast form day one just below the put-in point at near Beni.For most of the three day expedition there is little relent .Mostly Grade III rapid-but sometimes really exhilarating grade Iv and Grade IV+-the kali gandaki caries us cavorting on though steep-walled gorges, under cascading waterfalls... to day 3,the last morning.. a grand finale of spectacular, photogenic, big-time whitewater and far more than just the river ,the rewards in clued stunning upstream view of the Mt.annapurna range, peaceful beach camps on the river bank and the remote villages of at least five of Nepal's main Ethic Group.

Kali is using the deepest gorge in the world that is formed between the Annapurna massif and Dhaulagiri and named after the ferocious Goddess Kali; The Kali Gandaki is one of the Nepal's very best rivers for white water rafting for all.

Nay Bridge, (Kusma) the put in point for rafting on Kali Gandaki River is just 3 hours from Pokhara and is reached by private transport provided by adrift adventures Nepal .For most of the 3 days expedition there is little relent. Mostly grade III rapids-but sometimes really exhilarating grade IV +the kali Gandaki carries us cavorting on through steep-walled gorges, under cascading waterfalls to day 3 days than last morning grade final of spectacular, photogenic, big time white water and far more then just the river, The rewards in clued stunning upstream views of the annpaurna range, peaceful beach camps on the river bank and the remote village of at least five of Nepal's main ethnic groups. The return trip from the 'Dam' take out point of Kali Gandaki river trip to Pokhara is about four and half hour drive by private bus.

Trip Preparation and pre-departure meeting
Please note there will be a per-departure meeting at 6pm at our kathmnadu office the day before the expedition. This is a change to get the group together and discuss the River journey. At the meeting you have a change to met your guides and we can answer any last minute queries, give out personal gear bag and collect money for beer kitty,. This is also the time to coordinate the logistics of luggage and valuable storages or transfer if you are not retuning to Kathmandu after the trip.
